  2. Before applying to college, you must first have an OpenCCC account.

    *OpenCCC is a service of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.
    This account allows you to access the online services of the California Community Colleges.
    All information in your account is private and secure.

  3. Make Norco your home college

    By completing your college application, Norco College becomes your designated home college. This is where you will receive most services including Assessment, Counseling, Student Financial Services, CalWORKs, EOPS/CARE, Veterans’ Services, and Student Support Services.

  4. Complete your online orientation

    After submitting an application for admissions, New College Students are required to complete the online orientation, assessment test, and First Semester Ed Plan in WebAdvisor before they may register for classes.

  5. Register for classes

    Students may register on WebAdvisor for classes on or after their online Registration Appointment. These are made available 6 to 8 weeks before the start of term. WebAdvisor is available 24 hours a day.
