Join Student Health and Psychological Services for Paint it Out Mondays! Each week on Monday, a mental health therapist will lead weekly art exercises to help ease depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, and other life challenges.
Art supplies will be provided. You can attend any workshop. Registration is required. This event is hosted in-person in Parkside Complex, Room 9. Light refreshments are provided each week.
