Hike and Talk Wednesday

Join Student Health and Psychological Services for Hike and Talk Wednesday!
Each Wednesday, Health Services will lead participants in a casual hike to improve mood and discuss feelings to reduce stress, anxiety, and irritability. In the event that there is inclement weather, we will conduct trauma-informed stretch and talk techniques.
Registration is required. This event is hosted in-person. Meet in Parkside Complex, Room 9.
