Crafton Hills College launches its Respiratory Care bachelor’s in Jan 2024, prepping students for leadership in a high-demand field with 25% job growth in California.
With demand in health-focused positions rising, students studying Radiologic Technology are on a clear path to success. Take Bryan Johns — a prime example of a Crafton Hills College grad who is putting his skills to the test while working in the program at nearby Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Chaffey’s program is a part 147 training facility, certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) among 170 accredited schools across the country. Additional Inland Empire/Desert colleges, including San Bernardino Valley College and Victor Valley College, are following their lead with their own aviation maintenance programs.
With the addition of the PRISM simulation room at Moreno Valley College, students within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) programs are getting the field experience without leaving the Riverside County campus.

Fort Irwin and BCC are joining forces to help streamline career-ready students into the regional workforce, starting at the Base. Fort Irwin and Barstow Community College signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) back in January to work together in supporting the continued development of career-focused programming between the BCC and the Army Training Base. 
The Inland Empire/Desert Regional Consortium hosts its first-ever Role READY Virtual Career Expo on April 25, 2023, offering career and college pathways across 12 colleges.
